Location Troubleshooting

To purchase tickets, you must first allow your device to access your location. If you are located in the province of Quebec and are experiencing issues due to geolocation, please follow the steps below to change this setting and allow the site to detect your location.

Each browser asks for permission before accessing your location. If access was previously denied, it must be manually re-enabled.


Google Chrome (PC & Android)

1. Open Chrome.

2. Click the three dots in the top right corner → Settings.

3. Go to Privacy and security → Site settings.

4. Find Location.

5. Select Sites can ask for your location.

6. If a site is blocked, click on it and change the permission to Allow.


Mozilla Firefox (PC & Android)

1. Open Firefox.

2. Go to the address bar and type: about:preferences#privacy

3. Scroll down to Permissions → Location → Settings.

4. Find the relevant site and change the permission to Allow.

5. If geolocation is globally disabled, check Always ask.


Microsoft Edge (PC & Android)

1. Open Edge.

2. Click the three dots in the top right corner → Settings.

3. Go to Cookies and site permissions → Location.

4. Enable Ask before accessing.

5. Change blocked sites to Allow.


Safari

1. Open Safari.

2. Go to Safari → Settings → Websites.

3. Go to Location and choose Allow or Ask for the relevant site.


Safari (iPhone and iPad)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.

2. Go to Privacy & Security → Location Services.

3. Find Safari and select Allow While Using App.
