OFFICIAL RULES

1.1 The Québec Capitales Foundation (hereinafter the "Foundation") is an organization whose mission is to make sport accessible to all young players, as well as to baseball associations in the Greater Québec City area. Through monetary and material donations, it actively supports the practice of baseball while fostering the involvement of young people in other sporting disciplines.

1.2 In order to finance its activities and its mission, the Foundation organizes authorized lotteries, including in particular fifty-fifty (50/50) draws as well as fixed-prize draws, in accordance with the licence issued to it by the RACJ.

1.3 These rules are intended to govern the organization, administration and conduct of the draws in accordance with:

• • the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines;
• • the Regulation respecting lottery schemes;
• • the Rules respecting lottery schemes;
• • as well as any applicable directive of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (the "RACJ").

1.4 The Foundation holds a Class B lottery scheme licence number L-05075 issued by the RACJ, valid from May 8, 2026 to May 7, 2027.

2.1 These rules establish the rules applicable to the draws held during the events presented at Stade Canac, including in particular:

• • the games of the Québec Capitales;
• • the games of the Diamants de Québec;
• • minor baseball tournaments;
• • as well as any other eligible event that may be presented there and authorized in accordance with the licence issued by the RACJ.

2.2 The Foundation may hold two types of draws during these events:

• • a fifty-fifty (50/50) draw, in which the winner receives fifty percent (50%) of the gross revenue generated by ticket sales, and fifty percent (50%) is kept by the Foundation to support its mission;
• • a fixed-prize draw, in which the winner receives the amount announced before the opening of sales, namely $20,000 for the draw held from August 10 to 16, 2026 and $25,000 for the draw held from August 24 to 30, 2026.

3.1 Subject to the exclusions set out in these rules, any person eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the draws.

3.2 To be eligible, a person must be physically located in Québec at the time the ticket is purchased.

3.3 The following persons may not participate in the draws:

• • persons under 18 years of age;
• • persons located outside Québec at the time of purchase;
• • employees of the Québec Capitales;
• • employees and directors of the Foundation;
• • players, coaches and baseball staff;
• • any volunteer or employee assigned to the sale, administration or management of the draw;
• • any person handling the tickets;
• • the technology provider BUMP as well as its employees, directors and representatives;
• • any other person whose participation is prohibited by the applicable regulations.

4.1 Tickets may be sold:

• • In person: at Stade Canac during the events covered by these rules;
• • Online: through the official electronic platform operated by BUMP.

4.2 Online sales are limited to persons physically present in Québec at the time of purchase and may be subject to geolocation mechanisms.

4.3 Each participant will receive an electronic or printed ticket bearing a unique sequential number.

4.4 All sales are final and non-refundable.

4.5 2026 Playoffs 50/50 Draw — Ticket sales begin on September 9, 2026 and end on September 27, 2026. The draw will take place on September 28, 2026. If the Capitales de Québec's playoff run ends before September 27, 2026, any change to the sales end date or the draw date will be made subject to the prior approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).

5.1 The ticket sales period ends at the time determined by the Foundation for each of the events covered by these rules. Depending on the nature of the event, the close of sales may notably be set:

• • at a specific inning;
• • at a determined period;
• • at an announced time;
• • or at any other time communicated to participants before the draw.

5.2 The draw is conducted electronically as soon as reasonably possible following the official close of sales for the event concerned.

5.3 2026 Playoffs 50/50 Draw — The draw is scheduled for September 28, 2026, following the close of sales on September 27, 2026. If the Capitales de Québec's playoff run ends before this date, any change to the draw date will be made subject to the prior approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).

5.4 Fixed-prize draw — special provisions:

Certain event dates may be designated as fixed-prize draws. In such cases:

• • the guaranteed amount is announced before the opening of ticket sales ($20,000 for the draw from August 10 to 16, 2026 and $25,000 for the draw from August 24 to 30, 2026);
• • the prize awarded to the winner does not vary according to sales revenue;
• • if sales revenue exceeds the guaranteed amount, the Foundation keeps the excess in accordance with its licence and the applicable RACJ rules;
• • the type of draw applicable to each event is communicated to participants before sales begin.

6.1 The prize awarded to the holder of the winning ticket is determined according to the type of draw:

• • for a fifty-fifty (50/50) draw, the prize corresponds to fifty percent (50%) of the gross revenue generated by ticket sales during the event concerned;
• • for a fixed-prize draw, the winner receives the amount announced before sales begin, namely $20,000 for the draw held from August 10 to 16, 2026 and $25,000 for the draw held from August 24 to 30, 2026.

6.2 The winning number will be announced at Stade Canac during the event and published on the draw website (caps5050.com), in the "Winners" section (https://caps5050.com/en/winners), within twenty-four (24) hours following the draw.

6.3 It is the responsibility of each participant to verify, following each draw, whether they hold the winning number. Although the Foundation may use the contact information provided at the time of purchase to attempt to reach the holder of the winning ticket, it remains the sole responsibility of that holder to verify their ticket number and to contact the Foundation to begin the claim process.

6.4 The holder of the winning ticket has a period of fourteen (14) business days from the publication of the winning number on the website to claim their prize by contacting the Foundation by email at info@fondationdescapitalesdequebec.com. To obtain the prize, they must:

• • present the original ticket (or the electronic stub received by email, for tickets purchased online);
• • provide a valid government-issued photo identification.

6.5 In the event that the person whose ticket is selected has not claimed their prize within the fourteen (14) business day period, a new draw will be carried out under the same conditions set out above. This process will continue until the prize is claimed by a winner.

7.1 The profits generated by the draws are paid to the Québec Capitales Foundation.

7.2 The profits are used in particular to support:

• • the development of baseball;
• • youth initiatives;
• • community programs;
• • sporting activities;
• • educational projects;
• • and any other activity compatible with the Foundation's mission.

8.1 Any decision made by the Foundation with respect to the draws is final and without appeal.

8.2 By participating in the draws, each person acknowledges having read and accepted these rules.
